Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order was sent incorrectly.
Shipping
When we drop off packages to our shipping carrier it is their responsibility to ensure it gets safely to your home, unfortunately we cannot replace orders that aren't in our possession but we do keep in contact with our carriers for any updated and help needed with your package.
How long does it take to process my order?
Processing orders can take from 1-2 business days plus shipping.
